The LFPL exists to help poker-playas to know where the games are, when the games are, who's going to be there, what they're ranking is, and who they should call and kick in the ass to get them to come over.

The Basics of LFPL:

This league was organized to help people who want to get together with friends regularly to play poker to...well...get together with friends regularly to play poker.  It is not always easy to scrape together enough people at the last minute for a game, so organizing it only makes sense.  Good sense.  Effing sweet!

The links to the left will help explain the details.  This will be a bi-weekly event and will be hosted at different homes each time.  You don't have to be a host to be a playa.

                                                     Wicka, wicka, what's up, playa?!

Read the Rules, they will explain the terms of the games, how the tournament will roll, and what the regulations are for each event.

The Schedule will tell you where the upcoming games will be, who is attending, and so on.  It will also tell you when the Tournaments are.  You could win a trophy you can drink out of for Pete's sake.  Effing sweet!

You can see who belongs to the league on the Members page, as well as collect valuable contact information like email addresses, phone numbers, and so forth.

Rankings.  This part is effing sweet!  At the end of each event, the winner of every round will be posted along with the points they earned.  Winners will receive 25 points for each player they defeat at the games they win.  For example, if you win on a table of 7 otha playas, you will earn 175 points to be added to your total.  Those points will come in handy at the Tournament, as you will see later.

You can Join through this website, but it is by invitation only so if you don't know anyone already in the group, you are S.O.L.  Sorry, I don't make the rules.  (Well, technically I do make the rules, and you just aren't welcome.  Don't bother getting all whiny and pissy about it; it's not my fault you're a douche-bag.)  Currently everyone on the league is a friend or acquaintance of the organizer, Jimbo, but I hope it doesn't stay that way.  If you are a member, invite your friends to join up too, the more the merrier!

Note: No douche-bags were harmed in the production of this webpage.  To learn more about
