Payment Concerns
"Hey Jim, I thought you might enjoy this...We had the opportunity to use the new payment agreement/credit application you designed the other day. He was a crabby client who wanted to make payments. Christine got permission from the owner and then proceeded to print up the forms. She gave him the credit application and he said, "I don't really have to fill all this out, do I?"
She told him it was required in order to get a payment agreement. He took one more look at all the info we were requesting and suddenly had enough money to pay that day!
