Practice Valuations -
Utilizing the Excess Earnings Method, our valuations are detailed,
accurate and complete. Once all documents have been received, a
two-week turn around time is typical to complete your valuation.
At that time, we will schedule to meet with you in person or over the
phone to work through the valuation line by line, explaining how each
number was achieved and how the final results were calculated.
Two
coil bound hard copies and a digital version will be shipped to you.
Valuations can generally be completed for less than $1,500.
Practice Purchasing & Sale Assistance - There are a myriad of details to consider and attend to when buying or selling a practice. VMS can lead you through the entire process, providing expert guidance throughout for a fraction of the cost other brokers may charge.
For Sellers - we will do the leg work needed to sell your practice, providing all marketing materials, advertising, demographic studies, practice valuation, lease transfers, purchase agreements, as well as handling all discussions and negotiations with lenders and buyers.
For Buyers - once a potential practice is identified to purchase, we will perform all due diligence before making an offer. You will be provided with demographic studies of the area, analysis of all sales figures, profit and loss statements, balance sheets and investigate any liens agains the business. We will assist you in making an initial offer, in negotiating a final price and negotiating the terms of the purchase agreement.
